What exactly is Redmineflux Cloud?+
A fully hosted Redmine environment to run your business operations – projects, CRM, helpdesk, time tracking and invoicing – with Crux and the MCP server pre-installed. Infrastructure, security patches, plugin updates and daily backups are handled by the Redmineflux team. Your team logs in and starts working from day one – no servers to configure, no plugins to install, no updates to manage.
Is Cloud priced per user?+
No. Cloud is a fixed monthly package by team size: Team $69/month for up to 25 users, Business $129/month for up to 50, Scale $249/month for up to 100. Adding people inside your package costs nothing extra. Past 100 users, talk to us.
Does Cloud include every plugin?+
Yes – every package includes the complete suite: every plugin, the three themes, Crux and the MCP server. Packages differ only in team size, file storage and support level.
Do I own my data if I use Cloud?+
Yes – completely. Redmineflux manages the infrastructure, but ownership of your project data, issues, time entries and documents stays with your organisation at all times. You can export a full database backup whenever you like in standard Redmine format. If you ever leave, that export works on any self-hosted Redmine instance.
Which Redmine version does Cloud run?+
The current supported Redmine version. Updates are applied by the Redmineflux team on a rolling schedule, and plugin compatibility is verified before any Redmine version reaches production instances – your team never hits a broken workflow after an update.
Can I move from Cloud to self-hosted later, or the other way?+
Yes. Every plugin in Cloud also runs on self-hosted Redmine, and your Cloud export is a standard Redmine backup. Self-hosted teams usually move to Cloud when they want the AI features, the full suite without renewal fees, or run many projects.
